A word building and spelling game to help with recognition of the W Rule 1 words.Students need to be able to recognise the different sound units to build, read and spell the word correctly. It encourages the student to recognise that “wa” and “wha” words sound /wo/.The words practised are was, want, what, wasp, wand, wash, swap, swat and swan.
